Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Production Time
All LIVIA PROJECT garments are produced on demand. This means your item is printed and prepared only after your order is placed, helping reduce overproduction and textile waste.
Average production time:
2–5 business days
During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped from the closest available fulfillment center operated by our partner Printful.

Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Returned Packages
In rare cases, packages may be returned to the fulfillment facility due to:
