Return Policy

1. Overview

At LivableFit, products sold through our online store are produced on demand and fulfilled by our logistics partner Printful, using responsibly sourced garments such as those from Stanley/Stella.

Because each item is made specifically after an order is placed, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

Returns or replacements are only offered in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product

After reviewing the request, LivableFit may arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Return Addresses

By default, returned items are sent to the facility that fulfilled the order. These return addresses are managed by Printful.

Depending on where your order was produced, returns may be sent to one of the following locations:

Customers should contact us before sending any returns so we can confirm the correct procedure.

4. Returned Packages

An order may be returned to the fulfillment facility for several reasons, including:

  • incorrect or undeliverable shipping address

  • the package was not claimed

  • customs issues

  • the shipment was refused by the recipient

When this happens:

  • the returned item is stored at the facility for up to 30 days

  • LivableFit will be notified by email

  • we may contact the customer to confirm a new shipping address

If the item is reshipped, new shipping charges may apply.

Any returned items that remain unclaimed after 30 days may be donated to charity.

5. Returns Due to Fulfillment Errors

If a return occurs due to an error made during production or fulfillment, such as:

  • damaged product

  • incorrect item shipped

  • printing defect

the issue will be handled at no cost to the customer.

6. Exchanges and Size Issues

Since products are printed on demand after an order is placed, we cannot offer exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing

  • color preference

  • change of mind

Customers are encouraged to review the size guide on the product page before placing an order.

7. Return Address Disclaimer

The return addresses listed above belong to our fulfillment partner Printful and should be used only for product returns.

These addresses cannot be used for legal correspondence or business registration purposes.

All non-return correspondence sent to these facilities may be returned to the sender unopened.

8. Sustainability Commitment

LivableFit uses an on-demand production model to reduce unnecessary inventory and textile waste. Producing items only after an order is placed helps minimize overproduction and supports more responsible fashion practices.

Refund Policy

Because LivableFit products are produced on demand, refunds are only issued in specific situations.

A refund may be granted if:

  • the product arrives damaged or defective

  • the wrong item was delivered

  • the item has a printing or manufacturing error

  • the order was lost during shipping

To request a refund, customers must contact LivableFit within 30 days of receiving the order.

Requests should include:

  • the order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product

2. Refund or Replacement

Once the issue has been reviewed, LivableFit may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement product, shipped at no additional cost

  • Full refund to the original payment method

The chosen solution will depend on the specific situation and product availability.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • change of mind

  • incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • minor variations in print placement or color tone

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size guide and product details before placing an order.

4. Orders Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to the fulfillment facility if:

  • the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete

  • the package was unclaimed

  • the shipment was refused by the recipient

If this occurs:

  • LivableFit may offer to reship the order

  • new shipping costs may apply

Refunds are generally not issued for returned-to-sender packages caused by incorrect customer information.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but typically refunds appear within:

5–10 business days

6. Refund Responsibility
